Gabriele Kosak is a Notary Public and will perform your  ceremony on the beach.
Our Florida weddings are Non-denominational and your Florida Beach Wedding is legal worldwide.
A Florida Marriage License must be obtained at a Court House in Florida.
We will meet you there and assist you in aquiring all the necessary forms.
There are no blood test or residency requirements  for Florida Beach Weddings. For Non- Florida residents there is no waiting period. For Florida residents the waiting period is 3 days after obtaining the license.
License costs are around $ 95 and are included in all of our packages.

Bride and Groom must be 18 years of age, and both be present and show a Photo Identification, social security card or valid passport number. To be on the safe side, please bring your birth certificate, you may be asked for a certified copy of your birth certificate.  If either bride or groom have been previously married, you need to know the date of your divorce or the date of your spouse’s death. A copy of the divorce degree or death certificate and any other relevant paperwork such as change of name, widowers certificate etc is required.

After the beach wedding  your Notary will then be responsible for mailing back the Florida marriage license to the courthouse to have it validated. This will then become the official Marriage Certificate.
This process should take between 4-6 weeks.
